Refund policy

When you ask for a page and the drawing fails, times out, or comes back broken, the credit is returned to your balance automatically. You don't need to ask, and you don't need to email us. You'll see the number go back up in the top bar within a few seconds.

If you bought a credit pack and have credits you haven't spent, you can get a refund for the unused portion within 14 days of purchase. Email jpeli24@icloud.com with the date you bought and which pack, and we'll refund the value of the credits you haven't used.

Credits you've already spent on drawings aren't refundable, because the drawing was made for you. That includes pages you later decide you don't like — but you can always redraw a page you're not happy with, and if the redraw fails you get that credit back too.

Pages and PDFs you've downloaded are digital files delivered instantly, so they aren't refundable on their own. If a file you downloaded is damaged, blank, or printed at the wrong size, tell us and we'll make it right — a fresh redraw, replacement credits, or a refund if we can't fix it.

Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used. We reply to refund requests within three business days, and your bank usually posts the money within five to ten business days after that.

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax, VAT, or GST may be added at checkout depending on where you live, and is shown before you pay. If tax was collected on an order we refund, the tax is refunded with it.
